The Project Manager is responsible for oversight and coordination of all aspects of a study project, including timelines and quality. They are the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with the sponsor/CRO to establish the central laboratory services that will be provided. In addition, the Project Manager coordinates internal aspects required to support a project, such as kit building, transportation, storage, and specimen handling.
